Indian head massage
Head massage will calm and relax the mind and will aid the release of emotions which can sometimes become blocked causing tension, stiffness and pain.  This traditional treatment works on the upper back, shoulders, neck and scalp and is performed with the client seated.  Ayurvedic oil is optional through the hair.

Tibetan acupressure head massage
This maintenance treatment differs from Indian head massage but is based on the same Ayurvedic philosophy.  Acupressure points are the focus of the massage and it is performed with the client lying down.  The face, neck, upper shoulders, upper arms and scalp are included.

Thai foot massage
This massage improves flexibility and reduces joint stiffness in the lower body.  Specific movements will work on the hips, pelvis, legs and feet, helping blood circulation and energy flow.  Treatment is carried our dry and can be performed through loose clothing.

Intensive back massage
This essential maintenance massage concentrates on the back, shoulders and neck benefiting anyone with aches and pains.  Hot stones are also included to warm the deeper muscles and help disperse tension.

Natural body polish
Body brush and full body exfoliation.  Choose between the traditional Indonesian coconut and vanilla scrub or the ayurvedic lemon and Indian herb scrub.  Treatment will conclude with either the coconut oil to soften and smooth the skin or gotu kola and kukui body lotion to leave skin feeling hydrated and invigorated.

Ayurvedic facial massage
The face will be cleansed and massaged using natural ayurvedic skincare products.  Lifting and firming techniques leave the skin feeling rejuvenated and looking radiant.  A great maintenance treatment to improve the appearance of the complexion.

Shirodhara
A traditional ayurvedic treatment used to relieve mental stress.  Warm oil is poured onto the forehead and flows back through the hair, calming the nerves and inducing deep relaxation.  The treatment includes a scalp massage.  Shirodhara helps with sleep disorders, depression anxiety and stress.
